Went in, no service. I had to ask for help. Staff member looked like she was not keen to be at work. Specifically said to the lady 3 times that im wanting to BUY a running shoe and if she could please help me pick one that suits my foot. Then got asked twice "are you going to buy a shoe or browse?" I told her 3 times im wanting to buy a shoe can you please help me. Worst service, she did not want to serve me and help me. I just politely said "Dont worry about it all good" and left.

My partner went there yesterday specifically to be be properly fitted for new shoes. Unfortunately staff not interested in helping him. More interested in chatting amongst themselves. When he asked for help, was just told me shoes this side. He walked out. Still needs to get a good pair of shoes, but after that experience don't think he'll be returning to that store!

Always so helpful and patient.  I have been buying my runners from there for quite sometime, if there is an issue they will sort out for you, change the shoe and refit you, with out any issues

My husband and I would like to give a customer recommendation for Liam who has such great customer service .His knowledge of his stock is just what people want.Thankyou again Liam for wonderful service.

Tried to purchase a pair of all black Brooks ghost size 8 4e not in stocks wouldn't order in asked About Hoka in the same size not in stocks and wouldn't order.VERY POOR SERVICE

I've been in here several times, the staff are sometimes surly, and other times just incompetent. I must be losing my touch after being persuaded to buy two different pairs of sneakers, one size 9 one size 7 and being assured they were a perfect fit. so much for their  fitting device "Fitzy" which they never bothered to use to test my feet... maybe this is because it was a one size fits all day. I didn't bother to go back to exchange the shoes even though they say you can, and gave the bigger pair to my grand daughter... Never Again. At the moment the chain is stocking such ugly shoes there is no chance I will buy there even at another outlet.

Really pleased to have had helpful staff members measure my toddlers feet and bring out a few pairs of shoes to try...the lady was very patient and attentive and we bought some fab new adidas sneaker shoes for toddler, with growing room. Look comfy, and toddler seemed impressed!

The staff here spent a lot of time with me, giving me advice on the right shoes to suit my activity. I came to Athlete's Foot because I was having a lot of problems with my feet. The sneakers they advised me to get have given me so much relief. I am very grateful.

Went to the Colonades store on recommendation from my podiatrist with a specific shoe in mind. Store didn’t have my size however followed it up and I got a call a few days later. Great service.

Very impressed with the assistance I received from Liam K.  I have very painful feet and he spent lots of time ensuring I was comfortable as well as properly supported for my arthritic feet.
