One of the best libraries I have ever come across. Lot of activities, be it volunteering,free classes , interview preparation or virtually anything that a library can do, this library has it. This library has something for all ages.The staff in this library is always friendly caring patient and they always have a smile,  which is very important in a customer facing job.Ambience is very good especially the view from the library. Thanks for maintaining such a nice library !!!

Big thanks to Hume Council and all those involved in building this library for the community. Perfect place for readers, students and researchers. The coffee shop on the Ground floor serve really good coffee too.

WIFI is ok, but not that fast around 1MB download
very quite place, comfy seats and desk.
very very hard to find a place to park, even with the ticket provided by library.
wonderful atmosphere and view from windows is stunning

This place has come a long way. Such friendly and patient staff. I say patient because the public in this area can test one's patience tremendously on a daily basis especially the youth, yet they (the staff) always keep a friendly tone. The venue is always clean and well organised. Nice place for a read, study, coffee, lunch, etc.
