The environment frequently resembles a kindergarten rather than a library. Children running, crying, and laughing create excessive noise, making it difficult to concentrate on studying or working. As a library is meant to be a quiet space, it would be more appropriate for children to use parks or kindergartens. Regrettably, management does not appear to take sufficient action to maintain a quiet atmosphere.
I went to the library to study, and while there was enough space but it was too noisy and crowded. Because of that, I moved to the kids’ section where it was quieter. I made sure not to make any noise or disturb anyone. However, one Indian staff came and told me that I wasn’t allowed to sit there because it’s only for kids. And I don’t have any kids.nMaybe that’s part of the rules, but in my opinion, a library should be a place for everyone to study quietly. As long as we’re not disturbing anyone, it shouldn’t matter where we sit.
It seems some of their staff are impatient. Asked help for printing; she help with rude attitude and with high voice. Other stuff are reasonable but not top of the mark.nThe library itself is specious. I’m not sure about the collection. A free reusable bag for signing up is a good thing.
Nice library, helpful staffmost of the time, very nice to go with my son and get the books. But it’s sometimes a bit loud for a library. Not really going to recommend if you’re going to study. But the book selection is great.
