Adore the library. Very sleek, cutting - edge design. Lots of windows and natural light. Cool study spaces though could possibly do with more. Love being surrounded by books, knowledge, stories and art; very inspiring and stimulating.
I love this library!!! it is open all the way until 8pm! students studying, people making something, super spacios halls, ample seating areas, free creative events, loads of books, dvds, games and everything in between, private rooms and the cherry on top is their incredible customer service!!! everyone is an absolute delight to deal with! i have been to many libraries in melbourne and sydney but honestly Craigiburn Library is so far the best! well done!!!
Extremely noisy library. Seems like people coming here don't know the meaning of library. Management should really look into making this a peaceful experience. I've been to multiple libraries and this is the worst one.
It seems some of their staff are impatient. Asked help for printing; she help with rude attitude and with high voice. Other stuff are reasonable but not top of the mark.nThe library itself is specious. I’m not sure about the collection. A free reusable bag for signing up is a good thing.
