Chef Krachin Lertsiritrakul comes to you from the Novotel Bangkok where their award-winning restaurant was voted number 1 for nine consecutive years. Thai cuisine blends elements of several Southeast Asian traditions. The many regional styles of Thai cooking place emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with beautiful aromas. We decided to give this place a second go. The first time we (Mum and I) went, the food was amazing but service was slow. We were told a chef was sick. We decided to take our husbands last night - several months after our first visit. Once again the food is amazing but the service - well there was no service. We got the entrees and then after waiting a considerable time, two of the mains were bought out before the entrees were cleared. We advised our husbands to start so they didn't go cold. Good job we did as 1/2 hour later we finally got hold of someone to ask where our other two dishes were. One of the dishes was delivered with apology and excuse of a sick chef. How coincidental that the two times we visit, you have a sick chef. I had to wait another 15minutes for my main. By the time I had got it, the others had finished their meals and I ate mine quickly so as not to hold anyone else up so really didn't enjoy as much as I should have. We were in the restaurant a total of 2 hours for entrée and main. We passed on dessert as we didn't want to wait another hour. I gave you two chances, I won't give a third. Your competition across the street will get my business

Our family have had the pleasure to dine at Thai Victoria many times and have never been disappointed. Not only great food, very friendly service always.

Not to impressed with food tonight - if your going to have a curry you should state that the curry is egg , not assume people would know this . Service is good though , but don't think o will be back

This little place never disappoints. Each time we go the food is equally delicious, fresh and hot. Certainly the best Thai food we have had. The lovely lady who serves does not have a good command of English so asking questions can be a bit difficult. However, she is polite and happy and it is a small price to pay for the excellent food and service and very reasonable prices.
