I used to really like getting sushi from here but the last few times we’ve been in, it’s been really disappointing. Decided to give them a go again today for lunch and was left feel very unhappy. Staff were very inattentive and at times, rude, and the restaurant area was really unclean. We were seated in an area where I was left to clean up from previous customers, the menus were lying in a puddle of soy sauce. There was food all over the ground, which staff saw when directing a woman to sit her wheelchair IN IT—didn’t even attempt to clean it. We weren’t offered drinks for a very long time and once finished, were left waiting and waiting to be able to pay for our order. The last time I dined here, I was give a drink covered in mould, from a fridge that was clearly severely overdue a clean. I’m sad that a past favourite restaurant now will be written off my list of places I like to dine.

My family loves sushi, especially the conveyer ones, so we're always on the look out for a good one... But this isn't it... Seating isn't good for a private group, the choices on the conveyer were quite limited, and service was slow. They are ok in a pinch, but there are better places to go.

The service is terrible there. I went down to get some takeaway lunch and if I hadn't been there before I wouldn't have know what to do. I wanted 4 rolls and knew which ones I wanted. I ended up helping a family who had never been there before because the staff were so unattentive. I gave them a menu so they knew what they were picking up and how much it would be, told them if they couldn't find what they're looking for they would have to get up and ask the staff to place an order for them, I told them if they wanted soy sauce that it's at the counter where you pay. It was ridiculous, they're being paid to be happy and provide service and yet I a paying customer had to help other customers. I waited a good 10mins or so to help them before I helped, knowing by this point the staff weren't going to do anything. The family thanked me when they were about to go pay and said the service was so bad they're never coming back. The only good thing about the place is the food, it's not fantastic but for the price it's pretty good value for time and money.

First of all crappy service, the staff like to stand around the register like its their second home talking a whole bunch of horse. Took 5 minutes before we were offered service, then even the service was lousy. Second there was a bone in one of the dishes, not looking for a hand out or anything but one dish free was pretty awful. Wasn't even going to ask for a manager cause if there was one there they were doing a lousy job too. All in all wouldn't go there again and think that alot of the people here have given too high of a rating. Maybe its just the staff today so if the owner is willing to do something, todays date is 21.01.18 check your staff mate cheers.

Food is okay, service is poor. Have to jump out of your seat to get staff to notice you.
