Have come here a few times with hubby. Absolutely love their lime cheesecakes, and the pancakes are yummy too. Good atmosphere and the place is quite buzzy at times. However our most recent time, my husband ordered a chicken burger which cost $22 and didn’t come with any chips and whilst it was tasty, it was just bigger than a slider size and I don’t think it was good value for money.
Good food and friendly staff. It’s a nice, clean and comfortable place to hang out. I ordered the Egg's Benedict, Basque burnt cheesecake and Ice coffee. They were all delicious to me. Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options. They have award winning vegetarian pies. Kid-friendliness: Nice and clean environment. Parking: There’s a few parking spots right outside, otherwise I think there’s a lot of on street parking.
This is my go to local cafe. Food is amazing. For the iced coffee-I really love that the ice is blended up and the drink itself is not over sweet like others I’ve had. Staff is super friendly. Pretty much a regular at this point now lolFood: 5/5
Coffee I enjoyed their coffee. The Mocha was smooth and frothy. Food The eggs were little runny Food prices Food prices are very competitive Staff and Ambience It was an average experience. Overall Good for a meeting
No need for any exaggeration; it's a simple neighborhood cafe with decent coffee and food. Although it's not mind-blowingly different to the other places in Auckland, the thing that makes it stand out is the friendly staff and service. They were transparent with the expected wait time for the food, and the staff were friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Will definitely be back!
Our local Cafe, service is always friendly and feels warm. Portions are generous, we love coming here for their pancakes. They are awesome, coffees too. Love it!
Mother and I stopped in here for lunch. I had really good scrambled eggs. The bacon was yum too. My mother had children Fili which she said was good. We finished off sharing lime cheesecake which was excellent. I really enjoyed my coffee as well Flat Bush is lucky to have this good cafe on its doorstep.
While pricing may be bit high, the food that I had on this occasion was delicious. The cooking style is a homely professional style. For example, the confectioner's custard is real. Not commercially purchased ready made. Nice While many will like it, and I did her savoury scones are made with lemonade. Not my first choice but still nice. The texture was perfect. Highly recommend them.
Lovely atmosphere. Beautiful to sit in the garden although some colour would be great on the eye .Service: 4/5
Cute and cosy cafe - great find in Flat Bush! loved the creamy mushroom and the coffee was lovely. Staff were also friendly. Parking is available. I would definitely like to come back if I'm in the area.
