Had THE WORST experience with these people. After picking up 3 pizzas and opening the boxes only to find soggy and oily pizzas with burnt toppings. Our pizzas were not even the ones we ordered. Pizzas were not hot and tasted reheated. When we called and spoke to the manager NATALIE we were told that whether or not they were correct or not, they would not be making new pizzas or offering a refund, even after we told her we would be bringing them back. Natalie’s customer service was absolutely disgusting and, for a manager, completely unacceptable. We thought we would give these guys a shot given our normal pizza place was closed tonight but we will not be going back ever again and will ensure that everyone knows how terrible their pizzas and manager are.
Ordered large garlic pizza when we got it home. What definitely wasn't garlic pizza. God knows what it was. Two small places the base and the cooked topping burns and dry. Not happy. Jan for the money we spent won't be back
Probably hands down the worst pizza shop around. Ordered a couple times from here. Ordered pasta last night, it's pretty obvious it was week old microwaved pasta with almost no sauce. couldn't taste anything anyway so didn't really matter save your time and money and go somewhere else. Don't bother calling them they act like they have no idea what your talking about.
Thank you Tessto team for making and delivering 74 large pizzas for special lunch day at our school. The pizzas were amazing and communication was a breeze. Lots of happy kids! We will be back for our next pizza event!
One of worse pizza Restaurant in Melbourne, I Am very Disappointed. . Have try to order from 6.pm but at the time and been told to get it at 7.30 and Dillvery never come . It was getting late at night and have try to phone back but Tessto owners haven’t answered the phone but Just leave Answering machine on and also have cancel the Order but I Am still Disappointed.
Ordered tonight for the first time, can’t believe I hadn’t been to this place before. Food was fresh and fantastic and staff were great.

Usually great pizza and service... not tonight!! Ordered 9 pizzas and 2 garlic breads. Only 8 were cooked, rang to say we were missing 1 pizza and 2 garlic breads to be asked to come back to collect the missing order. Get back home again to find the 2 garlic breads still half frozen and obviously not cooked. Then to be told to microwave the garlic bread ourselves.
Great pizza place. Fast service and delicious pizza. Their pizza deals are great. My wife's vegetarian and loves tessto's veg pizza. The place has outdo seating, though not many seats. Best for takeaways. There is ample parking in front of the store. Staff's friendly and online ordering is a breeze.
