Roger gives wonderful, precise, artistic haircuts. He has been my hairdresser for 17 years and I am always happy with my cut. I am often complimented on my haircut, and I have recommended Roger to family and friends who have all become loyal customers. Roger is also one of the nicest, kindest people you could meet, and the price is extremely reasonable. He is also very good with children - my 6 year old loves coming with me and has also been given a great cut. I highly recommend this salon.

Top notch customer service. Always friendly even when busy. Since going to Tesh I haven't let any one else cut my hair - price and service is 5 stars

The worst hairdressers ever. Completely unprofessional-Roger makes capital mistakes that even an amateur wouldn't make. They also don't respect customers and they are rude with them. I had the appointment at 11:30am, but I had to wait. After half an hour of waiting, Roger approached me talking what else he needed to finish. No apologize! He added: "Hopefully, you are not in hurry very much." But I was terribly in hurry that day and I was waiting there with my little kid who was sleepy. After 50 mins of waiting Roger finally started to comb my hair, but he realized that he was running late too much, so decided just to cut off my hair without combing and measuring. He cut it off so badly that it was extremely shorter than I requested. I was shocked and wanted to get up and go straight home, but I stayed in hope that it would be better after blow wave. Roger pretended like everything was ok and continued cutting my hair trying to make it straight. At the end my hair was much, much shorter than I asked and I couldn't do anything to fix it up! Only to wait 5-6 months to grow up. Roger didn't explain anything, didn't apologize - just charged me $ 50. I paid and went home. I was so disappointed with my new unwanted look and decided to go back and ask him to refund my money. That was the least he could do after such a horrible mistake. But he refused: "Sorry, I don't refund money." and started pushing me back out the door. I was so irritated with his behaviour, so I came back and told the other customers: "Ladies, avoid this shop, they can destroy your hair." Then Roger approached me with anger and started shouting and threatening me. Everything happened in front of my children. People, if you want to save your money, hair, time and nerves - do not go there.
