Very unhappy with this hairdresser after 2 botch ups with my hair in 12 months. Once is forgivable and a mistake, twice is inexcusable and a real concern. They damaged my hair so badly the first time, it snapped off, after leaving an inexperienced apprentice unsupervised and in charge. The second time it was the owner Val, who over processed/poorly colored and damaged my hair, as well as suffering a chemical burn on my scalp around my face line. I sent Val the owner a detailed letter with photos of my hair and burn after her attempt to rectify the damage from the second incident, but I don't want or need any more excuses from her.......I need a new professional and competent hairdresser!

It's incredibly frustrating when all the salons have fake reviews so i don't trust any are good. Tip: Don't leave 5 stars, even satisfied customers only leave 4, also don't refer to the hairdressers by name, and don't be so eloquent like you're writing a book review. E.g Oh, they actually did a super job, cos I've been wanting my hair dyed for a while and it looks awesome and only took a few hours off my life :P - probably real, while: So and So is really just the best place around, especially great w children, and Name is great i'd never go anywhere else - sooo obvs fake.
