Not worth the one star it’s a circus at this chemist! They have young kids doing medications and giving meds and pharmacist overlooks it without properly checking it I will be reporting them! Let’s not forget the bloody wait they serve whoever they like despite I was waiting first for over 30 minutes. Been a few times and won’t be back what am absolute joke!
Was shocked at the cost I was charged for my prescription and on doing a price comparison with other pharmacies in the area I found they were 60% cheaper for the same medication. Needless to say I won’t be returning.
Stay away!! Do not recommend. When put on the stop to their error they lie dead set lie very unprofessional and wreckless! Won’t be back and don’t know why this pharmacy has not been audited or investigated.
Their service is good, but the prices here for prescription medicine is absolutely ridiculous. I understand charging a premium, however prescription medicine where people essentially need it to function in their lives is unacceptable. I highly encourage people to go elsewhere.
The team at Terry White have amazing customer service. Can not thank them enough. I live in a different state and needed help to provide my parents with medication and vitamins. It was not convenient to shop online as they need them now. I called and was assisted by a lovely lady I didn’t catch her name and then was also assisted by the pharmacist on duty. They were helpful and so considerate. I was able to purchase the medication over the phone and have ready for pick up. This is what community is all about. Thanks team at Terry White Revesby.
I was not allowed into the chemist because I was not wearing a mask, regardless of the fact that I hold a valid medical exemption for wearing masks. I was told by staff that I could be served from outside of the chemist….. this is absolutely disgusting.
Nice people Had a script to fill Got it back wrong address,wrong pricing, it wasn’t busy so how can this happen ?if they were the wrong medication and I took it who knows what could of happened .
Their prices are extremely expansive, I bought two medicine from them that cost me $26 more than other pharmacies. The attached photo shows the price as $19.95 that I got it from other pharmacy for $8.95 only. This pharmacy rip off the people.
Leo at the counter was fantastic! He asked me if i had a Terry White reward card , which i didnt. He signed me up! Fantastic job Leo
Conveniently located next to Revesby clinic. Very new, clean and neat.
