Our primary objectives are to address community health needs with our products, services and educational programs, and deliver funding to school and community groups through our Community Grant program.

I am normally a regular customer there for perfume and other products.  But on the 24/09/17 is probably the last day I ever step my foot in this hell of a store.  I went to sign in some Aviation documents with my mate and the manager of the pharmacy was such a demeaning person taking us for some bunch of idiots that my only alternative was to write a review here. It is the first time in my life that I am actually writing a complain via google.  This person who I'm not gonna mention the name is a male wearing glasses around the 50s.  The way the paperwork should have been dealt with should have been a bit more diplomatic giving us a valid reason why that couldn't be signed. We are not a bunch of thirteen year old but grown ups. I feel very sorry for customers who have to deal with this prick 😡

I would give 0 stars if possible, quite possibly one of the worst experiences I and anyone could have from any pharmacy. Not only was I degraded in front of many other customers it was implied that I was just another drug addict looking for his next hit of nurofen plus. I had been suffering a severe gum infection after an extraction and they wouldn't want to have a bar of me, insisting I fabricated the whole story.

Very disappointed will never support the terry white brand again.

Terrible customer service, I will never shop there again. If you wanted to be treated badly, then this is certainly the place to go
