Today I was there trying to pickup a prescription. My 15MO screaming from teething. Refusing her dummy. The only thing that would calm her is her favourite sheep toy baa baa that had run out of batteries. We hadn’t had a chance to replace them. I didn’t get her name but the lady who took my details down for the script asked if she could help me with my baby I said no, she’s teething, barely slept and her favourite toy needs new batteries. She mentioned that she sold batteries and I said thank you but unless you have a screw driver too, I won’t be able to change them now anyway. ‘Depending on the size, we might have a screw driver too’. She took baa baa from me, went to the back office, checked the battery size, went into the store, picked out the batteries, then went back into the back office again. Few moments later, here this wonderful lady is holding baa baa working brand new again. Although it didn’t completely stop the little one from crying. It definitely helped calm her down a bit. That right there is what I call above and beyond. Thank you so much! What a blessing you are!
As a regular prescription customer at this store absolutely disgusted that my 11 year old and her friend were falsely accused of stealing today including security being called and ordering them to empty their bags. Next time you should look at your camera’s and/or actually be correct before harassing kids. Will never shop here again & it’s unfortunate that I can’t leave zero stars.
Sent my partner in after being told by a midwife and doctor I could get a certain few medications over the counter to help ease reflux due to pregnancy, only to be told we need a script? Everytime I try this pharmacy it’s hopeless. Got them elsewhere.
Very unhappy with my service today, the clerk demanded I pay for the signing of a commoner Stat Dec. She demanded a “donation” for them to be able to help, regardless of the donations I already make to healthcare. Might just have to pause all donations if this is the way the healthcare department treats its customers.
Absolutely useless staff. I went to refund a product as it is in poor condition and I have a proof of purchase from the day before, but was told they weren’t able to do anything about it because they are a private pharmacy. If you can’t adhere to the Priceline refund policy, you might as well be an independent pharmacy without the Priceline branding. Absolutely non sense, would not recommend.
This pharmacy is 50% more expensive than Chemist Warehouse. They have a higher markup and they won’t match or budge on their script prices. My advise is shop elsewhere.

What happened to this place since the lovely pharmacist Wendy left now it's rude and inefficient losing electronic prescriptions sick people going without medications so called retail manager making threats I now have to disturb my GP during her holidays to reissue prescriptions because of their negligence I will not be back. EVER
As a first time online customer, I’m very disappointed and not happy with how Priceline service is and especially, with one of Priceline staff member at Southland, Holly. As I mentioned, for the first time order items online, on 18/09/2020 I ordered 6 oral B electric tooth brushes from Priceline. Received confirmation email from price line with one tracking eParcel number since. I received one parcel Box yesterday from post office at 4.30pm but had only 2 toothbrushes in it. Rang, Priceline Southland this morning at 9.10am, spoke to a staff member, Holly. To my surprise, I was told that that my order is sending in two seperate parcels with two seperate tracking number. When I asked Holly- why Priceline didn’t tell me any thing about this in any of the emails or phone messages? Holly replied “ask post office. There is nothing to do with Priceline. We send your items out already. It’s up to post office delivery. Check with post office” Holly also kept on repeating “you shouldn’t receive your item yesterday as you just placed an order on Friday” When I asked her to “please check in your system if my new parcel have 4 toothbrushes in a box or 2 in a box again, that I have to wait for another parcel to arrive?” Holly “I can’t help you with. All I can say is either a 2 or a 4 in a box. Check with Post office” when I asked her “I’ll call you back again if post office could find my new parcel with the new tracking number that you just gave me?” Holly “if you call me again, there is still nothing I can do about to help you with. All I can tell you is that your ordered has been send out to the post office to deliver. So check with the post office” Basically, I trusted what Holly said as it was my first time. But later found out from the great and helpful post office staffs, Claudia and Kimberly, from two days in a row chasing up my missing items that, it’s Priceline job to send email to their customers as they are the one that handling with the packing. Yesterday, I submitted a follow up request to Priceline to let me know what happens to my other 4 toothbrushes, as I already paid in full but received only 2. However, until now, I hear nothing from them. I am very disappointed with Priceline service as I feel that Priceline did not take customer queries seriously and did not perform their job professionally. Therefore, I would not recommend anyone to shop online at Priceline just to avoid so much time Wasting like me, in front of my phone, running around asking for help from one place to another and anxious about what happened to the money I have paid? I will never ever shop from Priceline anymore. The service is so bad and unprofessional! I have no choice but to put 1 star, which I never want to give any star at all. It is my first time to place a review but I think, it is worth my effort to learn how to place a review, so that Priceline would take this matter seriously for their customer!
