Would like to share our unpleasant Covid Vaccine experience at TerryWhite Camberwell. Our initial appointment was on a Sunday. It was confirmed, then later cancelled. We rang the Terry White, no answers. Went there, it was closed. Our 2nd appointment was re-booked for a Friday. It was confirmed. To be sure, we rang before our appointment, they said it was all good. Got to the pharmacy, we're told they run out the vaccine. They also said if we're not happy, we should blame the government for only giving them 10 vaccines a day. I could say it's bad management. If they only had 10 vaccine, why would they still have more than 10 available appointments online for this day? We asked about why they didn't tell us no vaccine when we called? The staff said we stopped him assisting other clients. How rude! Always keen to support local pharmacies, never go back to this place again.
I visited yesterday for my Influenza vaccination, through work. I was feeling anxious about it. I was lucky enough to meet Pharmacist George. He was extremely caring and reassuring, and genuinely wanted to make me feel calm. I didn't feel any pain whatsoever, as he was very gentle. Whilst waiting in the Pharmacy, I saw a steady stream of regulars, saying "Hi George", or "I need to speak with George". He is clearly approachable and caring. You don't see this very often. I was very impressed, and will go there again. Good advice, and someone who knows you is worth a lot. I haven't experienced this before in a Pharmacy setting.
The team at Terry White Camberwell are friendly, helpful, and personable. In particular, Declan is a great chemist; knowledgeable and friendly! A fantastic business I will always endeavour to support.
George and Anthi are both fantastic. The staff are naturally welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. They have a great range of stock and you can rely on their advice!
The pharmacist, George is a gentleman and is clearly passionate about helping people. I went in with questions as well as a prescription. I was pleasantly surprised how George listened, showed a genuine interest in what were the best options for me, and then came up with a solution. 100% service, knowledge and care. Thankyou Peter S.
