The lovely lady at the checkout I believe her name is Azadeh has such a calming manner, she is great with customers and deserves a raise! She is lovely every time I come in. The product range is good, but the service from the woman working from the back of the shop this morning 10/12/24 was indifferent and unkind.If you cannot be bothered knowing what products you stock don’t tell customers you don’t have it. I could clearly see it was in stock and found it myself after wondering around for 15 mins. Waving your hand in some vague direction when asked for a particular brand also does not count for assistance. You are paid to help- drop the attitude and do better.
Price Matching is a DISASTER. Better Value Pharmacy is about 15% cheaper on every product that I bought, but CWH said they gonna beat everyone’s price by 10% of the difference so that’s why I come and asked for a price match.nnOne old lady at the counter keep yelling at me and trying to trick me about the price matching. The website said max quantity for price matching is three per PRODUCT. She first tried to trick me saying the limit is three per day, and then saying three per brand. Once I got the evidence from their official website, she yelled at me saying “you are the person knows nothing!” and left.nnI finally finished my well-deserved price matching with the store manager. The whole process takes approximately one hour. Extremely frustrating. Will never do this again.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Chemist Warehouse Camberwell on September 15, 2024. The behavior of the security guard was unprofessional and unacceptable. He was verbally abusive, and when confronted, claimed that it’s acceptable to “abuse in a polite manner.” This made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome.nnIt felt as though I was being treated with suspicion, with the security guard constantly watching from the sides, making the entire shopping experience distressing. The lack of basic customer service and respect was shocking, and it left me with a very negative impression of the store.nnThis level of treatment is completely unacceptable, and I hope management takes this seriously to ensure that no other customer has to go through such an unpleasant experience.
