I never thought I'd have to plan a funeral, let alone plan it from another state. Rob and his entire team were amazing right from the start. They helped walk me through the process of organising a funeral and offered help at every single turn. They assured me, guided me and were very patient while I did my best to don't things out. No request was too big, nothing was too complicated and they accommodated myself and my family without any hesitation. Thanks to Rob and everyone at Territory Funerals I got to be with my mum one last night and just spend time with her in a private enclosed space. They treated my mum with respect and dignity and did everything despite all the uncertainty. Can never thank them enough for what they did for us in helping get my mum home.

Territory Funerals have the biggest hearts when caring for loved ones who have passed. They have treated our baby boy with dignity and love. They are respectful of our feelings and have always asked for our permissions and opinions with how we want our baby to be honoured and laid to rest. They are committed in providing their services. They have done what we asked and more than what we wished for. Their professionalism is outstanding. We truly felt the kindness in their hearts. They were really friendly and nice, they made it very easy when I had to say goodbye to my Dad. I would highly recommend you to go and talk to them if you need someone to talk to. Rob was the best to talk to and comforted me
Amazing team at territory funerals. Friendly, professional and great to be around. Renee is lovely to talk to and such a kind person. Will is wonderful to be around and professional as well And Rob is a great team leader and always friendly. There is another gentleman there who I'm not sure of his name. He is amazing as well.
