Ten Miles

Extremely non Australian food service provider in Melbourne with terrible customer service. We have 2 roast duck noodle and tasted extremely salty. We then went to the staff in the photo to politely asked for hot water. We then were asked to pay for the hot water and neglected by the manager and the staff with sly smiles. A lot of people in queue left the line after knowing what happened to us. We should boycotted this type of bad attitude in our food industry.

I had a really bad experience from the Hong Kong roasted restaurant. I ordered a noodle with roasted duck and bbq pork. It took 30mins to get my food because they forgot to make my food!. But that’s not the worst thing yet! While I was eating the roasted duck, I found some hard bits inside my mouth. Luckily I didn’t chew too fast. I took it out and saw many rocks. Not just one but they were like 4-5 pieces of rock inside the duck. It looks like a duck intestine when I looked closely. I don’t mind eating the intestines but this is big piece of rock!!. What if this happened to a child or an elderly person?! You could have hurt someone if the rock got into the customer’s throat. I thought Crown would have had some better standards than other places.

Horrible food probably the worst of the worst you will find at Crown food court. With weird taste. The staff was rude and doesn’t listen to you when it comes to choose the curries.

I could just rate 0 if there is an option. The worst service and food. You can just smell the burn smell and taste.

Went to this restaurant on 23th of august around 6:30pm which is dinner time got lemon chicken, salt and pepper chicken ribs and beef with black bean sauce the food tasted like it was cooked 2 days prior it was just cold and bland the staff which was a young girl really really rude would never ever go there again and I Wouldn’t recommend anyone else going there. Couldn’t even chew the meat honestly my jaw was tired chewing the food. Please don’t waste your money here as there are better choices out there.

I had just finished a 9 hour shift and I was starving. So I decided to get dumplings from here, which were over priced but I was so hungry I didn’t care. Unfortunately the dumplings were absolutely disgusting. They tasted like they had been sitting in the heated tray all day. I’m not a fussy eater, but these definitely shouldn’t have been served. Never again. #gross

Putrid food. Ordered the hot and sour soup. Worst I've ever had. Ordered crispy pork with noodles, the pork was OK, very salty, however the soup...was as hot as the sun, pretty sure the blisters in my mouth will recover in a few weeks. Also Ordered the squid, it was room temperature. Don't order from this place.....trust

Google review should start using 0 star option. I was so disappointed with the customer service. They are only there literally for the money. It’s not even a good dimsim! So disappointed. I hope Crown will consider other vendors when their contract up for renewal.

Bought a duck soup noodles from them. The broth is an MSG broth, and it itself tastes nothing like duck soup. The meat is tough and full of bones, with the gamey taste you expect from duck completely boiled off. The cost? $18.80 Completely not worth the money, it's a wonder how this establishment can survive here. I'll paste a similar review on the casino's page for attention.

Order a whole duck with large fried rice. Duck was completely cold and when I went to tell them they were mad at me for returning a cold duck. POOR ATTITUDE AND REALLY BAD SERVICE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. SUCH RUDE SERVICE. They refunded me my money BUT SAID JUST GO I DONT WANT TO GET MAD.
