Been with Telstra for over 25 yrs Went to Karrinyup branch for the first time Boxing day AM 2020. Bad service. Not friendly, Not very helpful . He just simply said, could not do it and gave missinformation. Went to Telstra Joondalup a few days later, all sorted in a jiffy. Never go back.
Had great service at this store. Jacob was so helpful. I only wanted help with a prepaid SIM card and he was very happy to help. Thank you.
Very poor service on two occasions. Said they couldn't help me port my number from another provider to my existing or equivalent plan. Directed me to go online when I requested to cancel the service in store. Aldi mobile was far better
