Good service from the staff and could have all my questions answered
I went there about 3 months ago. Got the manager and he was awesome. Went the extra mile. Had bad experience at Whitford Optus so tried Karrinyup. I think he was moving to Claremont next. Anyway, good service like this is not so common in the phone industry imo.
Excellent helpful service from Sonish at Optus Karrinyup. I always use this Optus store as I find the staff go out of their way to find you the best services available.
Had a wonderful experience in store today with the new manager, and he was able to assist me with a new phone, and sorted out my home internet problems also!
