Very unprofessional. Ordered a phone, it was late. The store never rang to say it was late. I had to make the calls. When speaking to staff they were confused and made the process of receiving a phone that was already purchased very difficult. To date the phone is still not here. The staff are not even sure where it is. Very disappointing!!

Be wary that these stores are a franchise! The staff are trained by the franchisee to make you sign into contracts for products you don't require. Don't blame the staff, blame the owners who deceive their uneducated staff to rip you off.
