Briar was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions with patience and clarity. It made a real difference and turned a good visit into a great one. Highly recommend – Briar is a true asset!
It's convenient for when you're busy or in a rush and just need a few things. It's a Decent size store, not really big, but it's enough that it's still easy to navigate and find things easy on your own. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The service is usually pretty quick for checking out also.All in all, this store is pretty much as you would expect it to be. It's just like every other jbhi fi I've been to no complaints..
Absolutely wonderful service, Brody was helpful, kind and considerate. If you have telco issues or want a new phone go to JB Hi-fi., don't waste your time or $$ at the Telstra Shop
Worst customer service ever.nnThere were so many staff members in the store, but they were all chatting with each other, or three staff members were serving one customer. No sales skills whatsoever.nnWhen you approach the checkout, they just look at you without saying anything, continue their conversation, or, even worse, see you and walk away because they don’t want to serve you. Not a single word asking us to be patient or anything.nnThis didn’t happen just once!nnBy far the worst customer service in Mildura.
Obviously the best place to buy entertainment such as games, phones TVs, monitors computer extnBut there's a always a weird looking person out the front of the store
