Purchased a phone system from this place, wasn't set up correctly. Information wasn't passed onto Telstra properly and my accounts are a mess, 6 months later still trying to figure it out. Line hunts weren't set up at all so missed lots of calls. Call for support, turns out they just sell the system and don't take responsibility. Passed the support calls onto another company who never called me back. Try to call their office number and half the time it goes to voicemail and lucky to get a call back at all. Finally talk to someone, they are so busy trying to point fingers at their other employees usually someone that has left already instead of fixing the problem. I gave up at that point and will never recommend this business to anyone. Calling Telstra directly and talking to the artificial voice is more helpful. I'm actually shocked they are not bankrupt.

As with any company the service is only as good as its staff. Bhupal Khapung has provided us with excellent service in a timely manner. He is always happy to help and provides us with good advice and options to make decisions that best suit our business as a whole. Since he has been our contact the experience has improved tenfold - hold on to him, he is an asset!
