What an absolute farce Telstra is. The amount of verification required to make an enquiry let alone change something or give permission to an extra person for your account is a joke. Changing our IP address without our knowledge does wonders for business. Not! Your left hand doesn't talk to your right hand. One can acquire a bank loan that you have no chance in hell paying off easier than it is dealing with Telstra. Get your S#!t together guys!

Fiona Bremner has been amazing for me and my business, jumped hoops to make sure I was looked after. The other TBC in Adelaide wouldn't even do one simple thing for me so I walked out and headed up the road and was there for hours setting everything up. AMAZING. and the best thing is that after that it was the products that let me down and in the past I was told to go to the manufacturer..but this time Fiona got everything back on track for me. Thank you

Zero.....Golden Grove looked up for me when there this morning, as not residential but business complaint..sent me to Port Rd as website said open today, but, went there 1hr later, no sign on door, f... all. Closed. Not happy. Another black mark for Telstra. Pissed off again
