Ordered peanut butter and Nutella shake here and also fruit waffles. There was moderate seating available here. Service was a little slow with little communication on when you would be served. There seemed to be workers dressed in casual clothing serving us. The good thing is they were open late 10pm and conveniently located next to the movies.

Service is slow and the menu is falling apart. Lots of seating available though. Was excited to try the lotus biscoff crepe, but it was underwhelming. Lots of other chocolate components were added, so the biscoff taste was overpowered.
Under staff place. Felt sorry for the Waitress. 1 person serving all tables. That’s just cruel since the restaurant is busy and having less staff scheduled, really unfair. 26 tables 16 tables taken and one person serving! Due to understaffed service is poor! Even on the counter 2 people servings and taking orders, really Unorganised place!!
We visited Tella Balls Castle Hill today and were left disappointed. A few elements that contributed to this experience: 1. I was placing an order and the staff member on the counter seemed uninterested, no eye contact and was more interested in her discussion with another staff member. 2. One of the desserts we ordered was missing some topping. I questioned the staff behind the register and was told it ran out and so, nothing was placed as topping. I would’ve appreciated if they proactively informed us of this rather than me having to chase it up. 3. We asked one of the staff members for extra cutlery as we were sharing desserts, his reply was ‘hang on, there is four of you, why do you need 4 spoons?’ Certainly not the experience we were expecting from such a popular chain. The standard has dropped over the past few years.
Dined in here and had the Love Pancakes, Tim Tam Pancakes and golden gay time lasagna. I was very disappointed with the service here. The menus are falling apart and we had to go out of our way to find the menu as the wait staff did not provide them when we were seated. Also when the food came out they did not bring cutlery so again we had to go out of our way to get them and they provided us plastic cutlery instead of metal cutlery like every one else had. The food here was also disappointing because the cake in the gay time lasagna tasted dry and old as if it was not made fresh and the pancakes were dense and not soft or fluffy. The way the plate the food is sloppy and does not look like the pictures in the menu. I would not eat here again and feel that I could getter better pancakes at a local cafe.
Food and service was great. We made changes and added to the menu items we ordered and the staff were happy to accommodate. The only criticism is that the staff were slow to clear tables despite a continual flow of customers. The table beside us had dishes on it from when we arrived until we left, and the floors needed cleaning. Otherwise, a fun place to visit with friends
We had massive portion of waffle burger for the 1st time. $30 and It was one of the best! Freshly homemade 2 giant waffles with gelato, banana and strawberries drizzled with warm melted chocolate. Literally,the "sweetest place on earth". Ambience was ok but it's not as tidy as before. Cutleries are still a bit sticky on the handle indicating that it hasn't been washed well and also the provided glasses for the water. There's always room for improvement, right? Overall, a place to be for people who have a sweet tooth!
Had a great experience over here with a friendly staff,quick service with affordable price. Had fruitella with waffles and Oreo with crepes! It's super delicious and yummy . Will be back here soon
Great restaurant, very clean with excellent friendly service! I've been to this place with my 12yo daughter few times now and we've never been disappointed. She loves Fruitella crepes and calls Tella Balls the best restaurant in the world! Thank you
