This store is GREAT, I bought a Polaroid camera from here and was given a discount because I’m a student. The camera stopped working a few weeks later, and they replaced the camera and gave me a fresh packet of film! Such decent kind people, I’ll definitely be coming back here
Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped me with my selection and made me feel welcome. Went out of my way to get a bargain and they seemed to appreciate the effort. Thanks guys, will be back, loved the service. And hell, couldn't beat the price any where.
Dealt initially with Teds Online during the Covid-19 pandemic. They were great and very helpful. They advised me that their store in Camberwell in Melbourne had what I was after. I was served at the store by Vanessa who was very friendly and offered genuine assistance. They had what I wanted in stock and I made the purchase. I highly recommend these guys - very professional.
The quality of the photo print are not that good. I got the same photo printed at KMART and TED and the KMART one was much sharper. However they have good customer service and refunded my money after I showed them the 2 photo prints. Probably won't print at TED anymore. Also the prices of their frames are too high!
Excellent Service ! Recently been there for a passport photograph for an Australian Passport. The lady who took the photograph was very professional during the entire process. Usually most places just take a picture and get done with it but here they made sure that it was up to standards, taking multiple shots and using the best one from the shots. Highly recommended. If you are looking for photographs that require a certain level of standard for applications - Look no further !
Today I went in to get help with my very old Sony handicam. Peter took his time to set it up properly for me and help me to copy the videos to the sd card. As someone who is a bit useless when it comes to these things, his patience, enthusiasm, care and total professionalism were highly appreciated and valued by me. Thanks peter!
Really have to thank Petrina for the awesome Camera Basics Class yesterday. I loved every minute of it. I’ve been so stressed about learning how to handle my camera and thinking I’d never get there, but you completely put me at ease and tailored the session to my specific needs. I really can’t thank you enough. I had a lot of fun and you inspired me to really keep persevering until I master this camera and take the best photos I can with it. I’m really excited about the possibilities now, and crazy hopeful I can win Tatts so I can buy the holy grail stalkerazzi lens. #dreams I’m so, so glad I took this class, and really happy I got to meet Petrina.
I made a purchase from the Camberwell store and their staff named Frank was really helpful and friendly. He was kind and patient while answering some questions I had about other products, which I didn't intend to buy on the day. Thanks again.
For a place that says "We've got it all!", they didn't have what I was looking for. What they did have was extremely high end equipment for an extremely high end price. Now this is normal considering that cameras and their accessories are not cheap, however this shop is either for professionals, or very rich hobbyists.
Just want to say a big thank you to Teds Camberwell, Vic for their support of the Camberwell Girls Grammar School Parents and Friends Association fundraising Trivia Night.
