Send the new electrician to fix our unit and he did not know what he is doing. Now the unit blocked, and can only be used for parts. Wouldn’t recommend

Just had a system installed at my residential address and couldn’t be happier with the boys they sent out to do the job. They were on time, clean and tidy and took me through how to get the best out of the system they had installed and the other systems that already existed in my house.

Can not recommend Team Air enough. After months of searching for someone just to come out and look at our ducted air conditioner I was recommended to Shannon and Jamie at Team Air, what a relief. I called and spoke to Shannon she could not help me enough we spoke about the problem and she answered every question I asked without hesistation. She sent out Jarrod to have a look again no question was to hard and he explained everything he was doing. After many phone calls and visits from Jarrod we finally have our new air conditioning. I have no problems recommending Team Air to anyone all staff were so professional and friendly nothing was to hard they have given me faith in tradesman again. Thank you everyone at Team Air.

Repair on two LG split system air conditioners. There were delays sourcing parts from LG Australia, but the office kept us up to date on the status. Repair man was 1.5 hours ahead of schedule. Very friendly.

I found John and his staff great! They don't deserve the 1 star but there product does. Paid 20 thousand for new air con. Complaint about air con to Redland Council about the noise it makes we were unable to use aircon during December til they moved it. Acron has Australian standard of noise but Redlands have different! We had to move it at our expense although we wanted in the original spot we don't know about were it should go and the neighbours complained. Then were it is now my daughter can't sleep in her room as it is to noisy. Don't use Acron terrible product for cost!
