Nice clothes and prompt delivery but the right to exchange for a different size should be automatic, even if on sale, given items ordered on line may not fit. Ordered a dress which I paid $179 for and unfortunately it was way to big the size guide did not work. Apparently given its on sale I can't exchange it so am left with an expensive dress I can't use : Won't be shopping again sadly.

Beautiful clothes and accessories. Always wonderful service with honesty - they will tell you if something doesn't look great. This alone makes Tea Lily unique. Love everything about the shop.
Customer what customer service. Tried to purchase on-line and discount would not go through, telephone shop and left message, do you think my call was returned no. Tried again left message still not returned. Third day and third time finally got someone who was extremely rude, treated me like i was stupid, didn't even thank me at the end of the call for my purchase. Lived in FNQ and found the same thing, also had a number of friends had the same experience and refuse to go back.
I've lived and therefore bought my wearables all over the world including Paris/London/New York and find this boutique the most intriguing and brim-full of divine creations, accessories and even gifts. Tea lily is a very very friendly clothing shop i try to buy nearly all my clothes there i dont have a lot of money to spend but you still get treated like a princess at all times Call in and have a look around the prices ARE fantastic and the service wonderful
