Tracey was absolutely amazing she knew I couldn't talk and got me sorted asap.

Way better than the other medical practice in the town. Receptionists are always friendly and accomodating. Nurses are kind and empathetic. Furthermore, it's never a long wait time here. I would definitely recommend the senior nurse practitioner who saw me last time. Thank you for making me feel like I was actually being listened to after all these years!

Had a serious injury on my knee acl and meniscus call in to make an appointment and walk on crutches till the lace. It end up that the big Māori receptionist at the front said that I didn’t have an appointment and that I couldn’t make one there. I was in obvious pain but they Just tell me to move so the cue could keep going. I’ve been treat just like Rubish to keep outside the door. had to go to another clinic in town to get things sorted 0 humanity in here

I've only had but great experiences. Friendly receptionist, great nurses and doctors. I've never had to wait for an appointment. Thank you

Never had to wait as you always get in at the time of my appointment and the staff are lovely and attentive.
