Scam artists -- they tried to accuse us THREE TIMES over the space of a year of not paying rent for multiple weeks. Had to provide proof that we paid each time. Now as we try to get our bond back they are accusing as a fourth time! Moved out beginning of the year, still no sign of bond. Furthermore, bond wasn't lodged til 6 months after we paid it, when by law they are required to lodge it within 28 days. Would NOT recommend trusting this business- I'm sure the other reviews make that obvious also though :) :)

Got assaulted by an employee of Te aro tenancies for playing music too loud. The building constantly floods and is filthy; have had squatters and human feces in the stairwell. Terrible at communicating. Flat was filthy when we moved in, dusty, mouldy bathrooms etc.

Utterly awful. What an awful experience it was living here. Every other review has pretty much summed it up, they are lazy, incompetent and the lack of effort they put into keeping their buildings standing is shocking. 107 manners st is a disgusting earthquake damaged death trap. Get out if you can, and by no means should you consider moving in.

I wouldn't deal with these people again if someone paid me. They were extremely hard to get a hold of if a problem occurred. They held my bond for almost a year for no reason at all. I had to take them to the tribunal to get my bond back and they still owe me other money almost 2 years later. I'd fight it again but it's really not worth it. They are a train wreck of a company.

STAY CLEAR! We had to battle them right to the tenancy tribunal due to a leaky apartment on Boulcott Street, we won our case, but they sure managed to waste our time. Incompetent people.
