Michael͏ is AWESOME! Michael has been great from the get-go! He would spend time getting to know us and really understand what we are looking to achieve. He listens. His relentless work ethic drives us to the end results we were looking for. A great negotiator who is able to draw on his experience in crucial times of the deal to see it through. We have been trying to sell our property since Feb 2022. Our last agent wasn’t interested and was very hands off and disengaged. Initially we hesitated going through another agent to sell our house - as we did not have a good experience from the last one. When we initially meet with Michael, we instantly felt a sense of safety as we knew he would have our best interests in hand. He took the time to ask questions and find out what our drive and plans were for the property. We decided to take a gamble and listed with Michael - the gamble definitely paid off. Michael’s engagement was polar opposites to our last agent. From the minute we engaged with Michael right through to the sale of the property - he was highly committed and very informative. Michael was available always and at all times. Nothing was ever an issue - even after 11pm to secure the offer! Michael explained every process, including each buyer who was interested in the property. His level of detail and commitment to selling the property within 6 weeks was beyond our expectations. We are so pleased we chose Michael to sell our property, he is by far the best agent we have worked with and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
WOW͏ JUST WOW! We met Michael to review the home we now own... the connection was instant. It was like meeting an old school friend we hadnt seen in years... we already had a broker who was awesome and meeting Michael was the blessing we needed to help get the home we love now. During the stress of looking for a home my husband had a heart attack at work. Michael stayed connected with us went out of his way, even visited us at the hospital and offered to feed our dogs or bring me something to eat/drink while in hospital. He visited us at home explained processes of buying a home, checked in via texts and calls to see how my husband was doing. Michael is sincere, hard working, genuine, a man of his word, They say blessings come in many ways and for us, he was one of them. We"re keeping his contact details on our phones and will invite him over for a BBQ when we settle into our new home. So grateful for him. Jules is the epitome of great service. From the moment Jules introduced himself to us, he put us at our ease. He has a very friendly and approachable, but professional, manner. Enthusiastic͏ and Results Focused I listed my house in November 2022 with Dave Barnett and by January 2023 I had received an offer that I decided to accept Hooray. Its a very tough housing market out there, however Dave worked very hard to ensure that the right kind of prospective buyers came through my property. He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and I really enjoyed working with him. There were laughs a plenty amidst the serious business of trying to sell my house after another offer had fallen over alas with a different real estate agency. The estimated price that Dave and Mike Lovell thought my house would sell for turned out to be pretty accurate. They know the real estate market inside out and back to front. I did need to doublecheck their paperwork and picked up the odd typo so I cant quite give them 100% on that. Dave Barnett and Mike Lovell will get your house sold provided you as the vendor are realistic in terms of price expectations. I recommend that you consider listing your house with them.
