Nice venue but nothing too spectacular either. Was busy on a Sunday morning and staff did well to accommodate everyone. We had one of the specials, fried chicken and rice bowl, and eggs on toast. Both were what you expected. Had a cascara iced tea, also nothing too special. Service was fast and friendly.
This was one of the best breakfast and coffees we’ve ever had! Service was quick and pleasant, the menu had plenty of variety and the coffee selection was impressive with all the filter options on top of the delicious blend they had on the main grinder! We shall return . Keep up the great work.
The food was great. I had the smashed avo and the other one was the specials. Loved the seasoning touch by adding pomegranate, made it a lot more tastier. Coffee was good. Heaps of seating indoors and outdoors. Service was quick and friendly staff. Definitely will come again

I am sure the residents of Bayswater are well aware of this funky little coffee shop at 10 King William Street, Bayswater. We were looking to support a local coffee shop with our Kommuniti Kafe meetup and we discovered tbsp. Always a lovely vibe and lovely staff.... plenty of variation on the menu so don't just take our word for it..... Give it a shot..... or two...
I haven’t been in tbsp for year. We got breakfast other day coffee was soooo sooo good! And kimchi with eggs oh my god! Delish!
Great breakfast. Just remember to get here early as it packs out quickly and then you will be waiting for a table. There is outside seating tol if you want to enjoy the weather.

Went here regularly about 4 years back, and again now i'm back in Australia. Nothing has changed for the worse. Still excellent coffee, amazing food and great service. *Edit to update, menu has changed significantly. Unsure if ownership has changed, but coffee and food remain awesome*
Unfortunately a huge step down from when this spot was Tbsp - and I can't help but compare the two. Coffee was nowhere near as good - weak and tasteless, milk not steamed properly so it was just warmed rather than frothed. The cinnamon scroll wasn't baked properly, so the dough at the bottom in the middle was raw. Don't be fooled by the significant volume of 4 and 5 star reviews, they are an artifact of when this venue was Tbsp and has nothing to do the current cafe.
