Horrible customer service. Young gentleman covered in tattoos and shaved head with top knot. I have been previously told of his neglectful sneering customer service and abrasive rudeness. Nothing prepared me for the in person experience. Walked in to no greeting. After circling the shop for several minutes, I finally asked him if he was busy. "nah" was the reply. I then asked if I could be assisted with some customer service. "What ya need" rude and abrupt drinking out of a bottle. He then reluctantly came over to point out rudely and carelessly some bottles in the fridge, in a manner that seemed to belittle my intelligence. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I walked out of the shop shaking at the level of conceit and hatred that seemed to emanate from this young man. Horrifying.
