The beautiful art deco cinema of Westgarth is located directly in front of the restaurant. Taxiboat is a favourite dining choice for Westgarth cinema patrons.

Came here for the first time last night, and this restaurant was such a delight. I ordered the Peking Duk Hokkien Noodles - very delicious. Portion sizing is large and well worth the value. Staff was nice and friendly. Inside is well decorated. Will be back again
Taxiboat is very good. We went in a group of 16 and were catered for brilliantly. The venue is lovely. The food was delicious. The service was extremely good. Taxiboat is a very sound eating option in this area.
Great little gem!. I found it by chance and was really impressed. Beautiful staff and amazing food. We had both meat dishes and vegan food and everything was Spot on! Will Be returning again 100%
Disappointing experience. Food was okay, however an overly loud crowd, along with service staff that didn't seem to know where the tables were, made it a night to forget. Hopefully this was a once off
7/10 for the Asian mostly South East Asian journey $38.00 banquet menu, 8/10 for their extensive wine selection, 8/10 red hue ambiance and 10/10 for service, thank you Kim, Julia, Sofie and team
