I've now made two emergency calls to taurus and couldn't be happier with the service. Most recently I called late on a Friday evening hoping for someone to come see to my hot water system in Bungendore. While incredibly apologetic they wouldn't be able to make it they talked me through common issues and how to fix it myself. Ten minutes later I had hot  water back at no cost.
