Dr Drains

Dr Drains are fantastic. They went above and beyond in helping me with an extremely stressful large plumbing issue. I was destined to pay a large sum of money with another company but when I contacted Dr Drains for a second opinion they provided me with honest advice and fixed my issue at a way more realistic price. Honesty. integrity, professional, considerate and highly skilled - I wouldn't use anyone else !

Prompt response, friendly plumber and both drains are now running perfectly. Quite expensive though - $392 for 1/2 hr work clearing two drains (this included 10% online discount).

Good knowledge and advice however, never received a quote I paid $167 for! Not bad money for a 30 minute visit! Maybe go for a plumber that has no call out fee if it is not an emergency.

Friendly and honest to deal with, spoke with me not at me. Helped with advice and gave clear options on what I could to prevent further issues. Will happily recommend to friends and family.

I asked for a rectification of works, as it was obvious that works hadn't been completed. Instead had to deal with a condescending and rude telephone conversation from the business owner. Treating me like a kid and at no time willing to take ownership of the issue. Won't go back there again.
