Very disappointing experience, after over ten years being a client, I was refused taking my cat home after my card said I had exceeded my limit. I’m a farmer & had paid several accounts earlier in the day. I’ve spent many thousands of dollars with this Clinic & would have come back the following day to pay the account. They took my cat out of my arms & returned her to a cage. I was informed the Clinic had been sold to a large Vet Conglomerate, so the days of small town care for customers is over. The young woman vet was very rude & treated me very disrespectfully. I suggest go elsewhere.

No words can describe their heartlessness. Owner sells and the female vet think thinks she's Queen B.

Cant fault this clinic the vets and staff have given my pets the best care possible they care about the pets owners as well been going there 30 plus years thanks Phil Ian Jill Ellie and the rest of the crew😊🐕🐶🐩🐱🐄🐦🐇🐷🐥🐐👍
