Stumbled upon this paradise of a shop whilst walking about Invercargill. Wonderful owners and the Snack Bar is AMAZING. So flavoursome and nourishing. Wish I had something like this up in the north island.

The only business in Southland where I can access Ayurvedic advice, the owners and staff absolutely make sure I have everything I need and share their tips on cooking, spices, medicinal herbs, skincare and more. I love the Kesari mix and I encourage my students to come here. At the very least...ditch your 'refined', processed, granulated white sugar for jaggery.  #angelyoganz

Almost have all Indian Products with good quality, but be aware the owner the man can give you fake advice and false suggestions, he will and can do anything to get his food items sold. I asked him about MTR and Mother's brand ready to eat food medium spicy food that how spicy is it as I cannot resist spicy food at all and this man the owner he told me that it's only written on the outside pack that it's medium hot, but actually it's only mild and I trusted him and on his suggestion I bought about 50 packs of MTR and Mother's ready to eat food packets around NZ$ 170 and now it's all waste for me because when I cooked one packet at home today, I was not even able to eat more than 2 spoons because it's too much hot, too much spicy. Just one request to all the customers, buy food and grocery from there but do not trust the owner. For grocery it's 5 stars from me But for Customer Service 0 stars from me.

This store has everything you need to cook your favorites! I was just in town to look after my mother and wanted to fill up her freezer with a selection of nice curries so I popped in to stock up. I got everything I needed! And the zip lock bags the spices come in are so convenient! I wish our local spice store was as good as Tasti Bitz! The frozen paratha are delicious!!

Good shop in town with reasonable collection of Indian groceries.

A good place to buy Indian and Sri Lankan food. Pricing is moderate and there are quite a lot of variety. Look for the expiry date always. Some items are close to the expiry and should be careful.

Very good service and the owners are very friendly and very helpful

No price tag and Expire Date in most of the product. I found Jaggery and Amul Ghee in the original taste.

I was very disappointed about the Male person who served. They had black pepper cone bags with no brand name, not even airtight bags so I really wanted to have a look inside but never got a chance he was rude, didn't allow me to look or at least an explanation. I have been to Yogi ji in CHCh and Bin inn and they always allow us to check them. Pretty bad service and rude.
