I spent 6 weeks in India, but this was the best curry I’ve ever had. Extremely flavourful and delicious, it tasted fresh and homemade in all the best ways. Fabulous little takeaway place and I will definitely be back! Thank you for the wonderful food!
One of the best Butter Chicken dishes I've ever had. I came back here many times during my visit to Wellington. Should not be missed by any fan of Indian food, however they don't have room for much other than take away so be aware.Food: 5/5
I had a butter chicken, cheese garlic naan and mango lassi. It was delicious and made fresh. The naan was so good made fresh in the tandoori oven. Nicest curry I’ve had in Wellington! I love that it’s a family small business too! My favourite - would highly recommend.
Best Indian T/A in the City. Its clearly an authentic family business, so order on the phone before you get super hungry, and especially if you are an impatient human. One meal could easily feed two if you order a naan and rice with your curry, but it's so delicious you will probably want it all to yourself :
I ordered a few dishes. Chicken tikki and chicken masala were very salty which made it hard to consume. Chicken biryani along with being salty, it was wet watery and too much of food colouring. Chicken tikki was all food colouring and no spice. Garlic naan was not traditional it was a bit sugary. In total this was a horrible experience. I will not order from them again nor recommend them to anyone.
This is the best Indian place in Wellington. I keep coming back and trying different meals and everything was always more than delicious.
Can't go wrong in terms of price and taste. Butter chicken is something else believe me. So is the cheese naan. I have my doubts over whether they start cooking your food when you make a phone order, or just wait until you come in and pay to start making it. But the food is worth it either way and you're never waiting tooooo long.Food: 5/5
The lamb Rogan josh was delicious and as many people have mentioned the garlic naan is fantastic. Great portions for the price and the owners are friendly. It seems to get very busy right when they open, so call ahead if you can.

Unbelievably authentic and tasty Indian food. Chicken tikka and garlic naan were especially awesome and better than many places in India. We ordered over the phone and the friendly staff waited until we arrived to make our naans so they were crazy fresh when we ate them a few minutes later. So thoughtful!
