These guys were awesome and professional. They turned up on time as promised, paid us good money for our 2 vehicles that had a few issues, and towed our problems away on the same day. Recycling at its best! Cheers lads
Very good service i sell car. Very happy.
Set appt for them to come get ute. About closing time my carer had called twice to see when they would arrive. About 15 mins before their closing time a gentleman pulled up in one of their tow trucks. My carer went out to talk with him. He walked around, took a few pictures and said he would take them back to his boss. He mentioned it would be difficult to pull the ute out of yard due to hedges so I hired someone to cut hedge back and he said now they can get a semi truck out. I have heard nothing since and that was at least a week before Christmas, it's now late evening Sun 15 Jan. I was so hoping to get ute moved prior to Christmas, now maybe before Christmas 2023??
I would give them 0 if I could. Not only did I have to wait for more than a week for my car to be collected, the tow truck driver tried to pay me less than the previously-agreed-to price. Only use them as a last resort. Worst. Customer service. Ever.
They gave me prompt and friendly attention. I organised for them to pick up my car on the following day and they arrived on time - paying me the agreed price. I had no problems at all with Tassie Wrecker.
Rip off people. Very unprofessional and there services aren't ideal. Would steer clear away from this unprofessional business
I have just booked in my 3rd vehicle for removal by Tassie Wrecker, I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone. They always pay fair prices, services is never a let down, they also do their best to work round you for a time that suits, great company.
Liars, they say on their site they'll give you a minimum of $200 for you car in any condition. They came to our place a week later and wanted my car for free. Then they raised it to $30, hung up on us & told their driver we said it was free. No need for blood sucking parasites like them.
Worst experience ever with this company. Took our car for free and we we're not informed beforehand that they are not paying anything for the car. Bad communication. Why call yourselves 'get cash for cars' if you are just going to try to pickup people's cars for free?
