The Tasmanian Food & Wine conservatory is 100% Tasmanian owned and operated, showcasing the best our island state has to offer. Ideally located on the Bass highway tourist route and part of the Tassie food trail, the Conservatory is only fifteen minutes from the Spirit of Tasmania terminal. The Conservatory promotes Tasmanian food and wine from all across the state, especially supporting boutique and small producers as well as more widely known brands.

Amazing food platters. Very nice setting. Alfresco area was a green velvet lawn shaded by trees or umbrellas.

Absolutley love this little gem and you will too. It is apart of the tasting trail, serving Tasmanian produce, it is such a cute little boutique place in a Conservatory style building.. Great place

A very beautiful place that serves locally sourced products and homemade pickles. Excellent services and team members. Remember to make a booking before your visit.

Unreal spot which is one of the highlights of the drive in the north. Highly recommend stopping. Watch the signs though it comes up on you quickly. If you miss it, turn around and go back!!!
