I went in to buy some black pants and found some that had a $50 price tag and some that had a $30 price tag - both the exact same style pant and same code for the pant. I went to buy them an ask if she could honour the $30 as the 1 size I wanted didn’t have the price tag and she said she couldn’t as it was a ‘newer’ style pant even though the barcode and the product code was the exact same. I work in retail and fully am aware that it is a legal obligation to honour the cheapest price put on the product. This is beyond frustrating as I ended up paying an extra $20 when I shouldn’t have. I know it’s not that much but it’s the principle and the fact it’s illegal. Do better, I want my refund of the difference.
Did a click and collect early in the day, only for them to wait until 15 minutes to closing to tell me it was ready. If I'd have known it would take that long I'd have gone down and gotten the items myself without waiting for the click and collect. They were items I needed today. Forget it. I cancelled the entire order.
Very poor customer service. Asked for a dress to be kept on hold, assured me that they have kept it on hold. Next day I go and the dress is neither on hold nor in store. So disappointing…
Went in to the men's section to get some new gym clothes today.nnOnly 3XL and above sizes available on nearly every hanger, images attached just for 2 sets of pants. All the hangers in the men's area were like this.nnWhat a waste of time.
Walked in there to find some cheap pajamas but all i could find were massive sizes. Plus it didn't help with the racks being all mixed up and a mess. No sales person to be found to help you out.
