Just saw a cockroach inside the hot deli section. Bad photo attached. Told staff who didn't seem too concerned.nCalled the store after and the manager seemed genuinely concerned, hopefully it will be resolved.nOtherwise a good local supermarket
I go to this IGA every day.nIt has a good selection of groceries.nFruits are very good quality.nI find staff are friendly and very helpful.
I met two young employees on Wednesday afternoon and they were lovely and very helpful. They were the nicest employees ive ever met. They need a raise!!! IGA cott has very nice prices and i will revisit again.
Attended on Wednesday morning to grab a few items from the Deli and I observed a team member of larger stature strolling around the store who appeared to be rather unkempt. I am uncertain if the smells were an issue from the deli or said team member, but felt rather uncomfortable and would recommend management reviewing store and staff cleanliness
I was next to my mate and I got kicked out for nothing, I wasn’t stealing or anything, I was going to buy icecream. And this big bulky man kicked me out, he was rude and telling me I did something that I didn’t do. My friend was looking at deorderant and I was across the isle looking for icecream and my mate was spraying it and got kicked out which was fair but I don’t belive me getting kicked out was reasonable as I had done nothing wrong. Bad experience espeically considering I use the iga nearly every day.
