Stunning designs and outstanding service! For 17 years I have been buying jewellery from Esola and my most recent experience confirms precisely why! Each piece I have had designed by Katie I have treasured and worn time and time again. Katie not only offers you her vast expertise but she gives you 100% of her attention and actually really listens. To feel that someone truly cares about creating something you love - makes every visit to Esola a real Joy. In the late 90's we purchased our original engagement and wedding ring from Esola. Recently we went back to Katie to re-designed both into one contemporary piece. To say that I am happy with the outcome is an understatement. Katie is a joy to deal with and is passionate about her work. I would recommend Esola for anyone wanting something a little bit different. Great work !

I wanted something unique and beautiful that would start my amazing journey with my guy back in 2003. It’s a beautiful Brazilian Tourmaline complimented by diamonds. I still get compliments every single week. My daughter let’s call her Mermaid now 38 and granddaughter let’s call her Angel Pie now 16 chose our heirloom rings from Katie again wanting something unique and again we chose stones that resonated with us as individuals but the same design. Just perfect! Why go anywhere else when Esola delivers exceptionally every single time. We had a ring made at Esola and were amazed when we were presented with the finished product. Katie is a true professional jeweller, right the way from how she coached us through the design phase to give us a vision of the ring that she brought to a reality with the way she built it. The staff were friendly and ever so helpful. We have had a great experience with Esola and will definitely be going back and would highly recommend the business.

2 years ago my new son in law purchased a beautiful solitare diamond engagement ring for my daughter. It was made by Esola Jewellery and in the months ahead the clasps kept breaking. It happened twice and both times, Esola staff held my daughter responsible for the damage, saying that it was how she wore it and used it. To mecit made no sense. Both times Esola "fixed" the clasps. 3 months ago another clasp broke to which we were terribly frustrated!.We decided to get this ring independantly looked at by another jeweller, to which he told us that the clasps were not made strong enough for the diamond, he reset it with visibly stronger wormanship. Just really dissapointed at Esola customer care and their workmanship, as both times I asked for the ring to be reset.

Thank you Esola for the wonderful professional care and service I recently had with them. My ring was everything I had hoped for, handcrafted, just beautiful. From the beginning of the design experience to the appointment when I picked it up, they are in touch with me, documentation was very detailed. Highly recommended I will keep it for life ! This was the first time myself and my mum have gone into the store. I was interested in a ring I saw on an instagram post and was keen to purchase it. The lady that finally approached us was uninterested and had zero personality. She was too busy looking elsewhere whilst serving us, that when someone walked in that she must have previously served she was quick to ignore us, that my mum told her that she could serve those people instead. It wasn’t even her, it was the other sales staff as well, who came across rude and snobby. I really wanted to purchase the ring, but the whole vibe in that place really put me off and I didn’t think they deserved a sale. FYI, maybe some external staff training would do you all good. How to execute a professional sale, instead of saying “so you gonna buy it” extremely unprofessional!!!

The ladies working in this shop come across as condescending and unprofessional. I made the mistake and had a piece of jewellery made for me there and it got worse every time I had to come in, until I actually started dreading these encounters. The ring ended up much too small but I had the size changed somewhere else because it was not worth going through anymore of this. If you want professional and customer focused service, do not go to this shop.

I can’t speak highly enough of Katie and the team at Esola. Katie designed my engagement ring using my fathers gold and my mother in laws diamonds and I just love it. I also had earrings custom made as well as my husband wedding band. Great customer service and top quality craftsmanship
