I ordered an item on line to have it cancelled next day. However the item is still available at Target stores for click & collect. How about you think of your customers & redirect the product! This is very bad service. Also I had to recently return towels ordered on line that had snags all over them. Very poor quality. I'd give the store a miss. Overpriced clothes too .
when me and my friends were checking out buying toys for my sisters birthday we had to remove an item not know the employee had to scan something and when she did she very rudely said to us “can you move so i can do my job” it was horrible customer service she was an older lady in a red top and glasses and she kept on giving us dirty looks the whole time as if we were doing something wrong. we had a good experience up until then it was so rude and out of the blue. i quite frankly don’t want to go back there. we went on the 24th of feb please sort it out no one should be spoken to like that
Im a hotwheel collector and was looking through hotwheels and Jackson an employee was so incredibly nice and brought out the boxes from the back to help me find the rare ones, the store is lucky to have him as an employee
My friend and l 11am today January 29th selected several ladies items. We went to pay could only scan one item . We are in our seventies and obviously invisible. We asked the employee for helpnShe was extremely rude and abnoxious We left the store with nothing.
