The menu is carefully formulated to avoid the dangers of trans-saturated fats, excess sugar and table salt, genetically-modified foods (GMO), pesticides and chemicals like preservatives and artificial additives.
We emphasise the use of natural, fresh and whole ingredients to create tasty dishes to tantalise your senses.
We largely utilise local, organic or chemical-free produce, grass-fed and free-range meat and chicken and Australian sustainable seafood (subject to availability).
We only use cold-filtered rice bran oil, ghee and extra virgin coconut oil and olive oil in our cooking. We aim to follow ethical food standards.
