I found them on a google search for Notary Public in Perth. Mr Tan was incredibly responsive to my e-mail (in seconds) even out of hours with help and advice. I secured an appointment within a day. No fuss, no bother, polite and courteous. Blindingly efficient and good value. Highly recommended.

This Tan mate is totally useless guy only interest in make enough cash from your case instead of consider your concern and solve problem for you. Don't go there !!! This place cant help you

Raymond Tan was not helpful at all. $180 just for a quick 15mins conversation and then said I can’t help at all. 
I asked what should I do if I plan to bankrupt. He answered “please take out money from bank and tell them you spend it all” I am wondering if it’s that simple
Greedy heartless lawyer  
And he took cash and didn’t give me a tax invoice!

My family and I have used the services of Tan and Tan Lawyers for many years for family, property and general legal matters. We will continue to do so, without hesitation, for any legal matters as we trust the team (particularly Raymond Tan, the principal lawyer) will provide the service directed at achieving the best possible outcomes for their clients. For anyone especially those involved in family matters (often protracted), it pays to be more selective as to who your legal advisor/representative might be. From our bad experience, we noted that many lawyers are more interested in ‘fattening’ their pockets than a true passion of achieving positive or reasonable outcomes for their clients. 
Tan and Tan Lawyers have the full team to cater to your needs. We dealt with different people for property and general matters. Raymond Tan has vast experience in family law and excellent networking with specialists (if ever needed). We appreciate his service and his objective view to handle cases with honesty, fairness and aim for closures, hereby saving fees/costs for clients.
I salute Raymond for his unwavering support for the needy and homeless, through his continuous voluntary service and endeavours to raise funds for the disadvantaged. This is also a reflection of the underlying values and passion of Raymond.
