A nice compact, single level shopping centre well positioned along Beams Road that's been serving the community since the 80's. Taigum Square offers more than 79 stores with Woolies and Big W being the anchor tenants. There's plenty of parking available.
If you are going to do Christmas trading and have each stores open times on the website, maybe you should ensure that they're actually open those times? Went to do some Christmas shopping and the store was closing when I asked why as it said online they'd be open till late, the sales assistant snapped at me. Just awful customer service and poor planning.
Absolutely brilliant and kind service from Big W Staff this week, even during the busy Christmas week! I didn't even have to ask the assistance in books and she knew the book I was after and passed it to me. Also the staff member at service desk gave me a bag to hide my treasures in when I was getting overwhelmed with kids' misbehaviour, so as to keep gifts out of sight from my little ones. Such thoughtful gestures from both workers, wish I had had gotten names. Thank you.nnAlso everyone at Santa's Village today went above and beyond to make our family of seven feel comfortable and happy and Santa himself was the friendliest Santa we have ever met. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.nnLove Taigum Shops. Our local with everything we need and more. Friendly and not too busy to give lovely assistance.
A lovely little mall with a variety of stores. Pub close by for after lunch feed and fun with a Pathology. Lovely Cafe and lovely staff. Looking forward to the entertainment ahead for Halloween and Christmas
