Lost my business when they wouldn't accept a discount voucher one of their hairdressers (that had since left the salon) gave me on a previous visit. It was still within the expiry date so I don't see why just because that particular hairdresser had left the salon the voucher became invalid. It was never explained to me either. That's fine there are plenty of other places to get your hair done :)

There is nothing like Foxy's!! Cafe, Beauty, Tanning, Hair and Nails... I love working in this place. Now we even offer a Training Venue we can even cater from the cafe!! One Stop Pamper Shop.

I went here about 3 months ago, older Hair dresser in really bad mood due to selling too many Scoopon vouchers, felt like it was my fault :( hairdresser not happy with price paid, did not do everything voucher said entitled too - felt rushed as understaffed on day I was there, (admittedly she was the only hair dresser on) still customer service was terrible and I should never have been made to feel guilty for purchasing Scoopon voucher. Will not go back ever and will not recommend -

I really love visiting Foxy O'Grady. It really is the ultimate Girlee shop. The staff are professional and really nice and you have an array of goodies, services and top quality beauty products. Worth a visit!
