Very bad service. They took over a week to respond. What a joke. I would go else where next time.nnJust look at their product review ratings. It will tell you a better picture of their company and their dealings.
Lachlan was a great help today that we purchased more stuff in store while we wait for our online order to be ready this week. We already have our gel balls soaking so we can have some fun. Definitely will be going back and will recommend it to others who are looking for gel blasters. We got amazing deals on all our purchases as well.
Hi I live in Melbourne and Just got my gel blaster and it’s awesome. I did drop the clip and broke a the tag at the top which holds the gel balls in place. Fully my fault, rang customer service and the said they’ll fix it for free even when I offered to pay they said no it’s all good we’ve got this! Couldn’t be me happy with tac toys their product and customer service. Will definitely buy more guns in the future. Thanks tac toys
I'll give this one a 5 star my nephew is happy after I purchased one of them gel blasters the staff is also very accommodating
