Have heard about this place for many years and was honored to have the opportunity to visit on New Year's Eve 2024. Lily, the abbot of the temple, is a very kind-hearted person who doesn't talk much and works hard to fulfill his duties. I sincerely wish that the incense of Guandi Temple in Siyi will flourish and be passed down from generation to generation.

The Sze Yup Kwan Ti Temple is a place of great significance to the Australian Chinese community tucked away in the Glebe neighbourhood.nFree entry and worth the visit on foot, it has a very small carpark and off street parking can be tedious.nnRemember not to take photos within the temple and follow the rules. :

Exceptional service and outstanding facilities are key highlights, but the most significant aspect is the divine blessings bestowed through this temple.

Lovely temple, excellent people, had a great experience coming here for Chinese New Year

I went there on the weekday. It was quiet and I was able to make a good pray. There was very organised and clean. Have the car parking about 10 slots inside the temple. They also have the garden as well. If you travel by bus or tram and then can easily walk there. Also it's close to the tramsheds and Jubilee park.
