Blonde girl at the receptionist desk helped me find the right products for my hair. She answered all my questions & helped me make an informed decision. Afterwards she gave me a free tester hair mask and explained what it would do for my hair. Great service!

If your needing expertise and professional advice on crazy thick unruly pasifika bush like my own, PLEASE GO SEE LOGAN! Logan was telling me straight on what my hair needed, what I needed to do for my hair in order to get it looking like moana's beautiful wavy locks and even had jokes up his sleeve   If your needing the best hair products and to get roasted too hehe, LOGAN IS YOUR MAN!!! Awesome customer service, and definitely will only be using Synergy hair for all my hair products from now on! Thanks loads Logan, my hair loves you!

After spending over $700 on keratin treatment, hair cut and products from their shop, I am left with the hair that is very underwhelming and not easy to maintain something where I started before the visit. Feeling fleeced and not going back for their service or products, and wouldn't recommend for keratin treatment especially.Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Got a restyle and treatment done by Angela. She was lovely and did a fantastic job, the other staff were great too and they had a huge range of hair products available to purchase. Definitely would recommend, very fairly priced too :Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Started coming here in December last year, had 2 appointments with different stylists and they were great. Unfortunately the 3rd appointment was not great. I asked for the same as what I got previously, the appointment took 3.5 hours for colour, treatment and cut. The stylist had to rewash my hair after she had already started drying my hair because she didn't get all of the treatment out. She spent about 10min on the cut. Colour was average and the cut was more of a trim yet I got charged for a full cut. Probably won't be back.Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Express cut with Amber: Amber did an amazing job with a somewhat difficult ask with shaping some extensions and a general trim. She did exactly what I asked in the short 30min express timeframe and communicated really well with what she was doing as she went.
